UK/IR: Parcel shipments from our warehouse in Sweden will be sent via UPS. Pallet shipments will be sent via Bring or Schenker. All orders are processed by Eleiko Sport Group AB, Sweden.
Eleiko delivers to most of the countries in the world through our sales representatives, distributors and online store. Currently, we do not support online shopping in the following countries: Belarus, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Russia, Australia, and Indonesia. The country selector indicates which countries we have open for online sales. If you are not in one of those regions and want to purchase Eleiko equipment, please contact customer service.
EU: Parcel shipments with UPS from our warehouse in Sweden. Pallet shipments with Bring or Schenker depending on the destination in EU. All orders are processed by Eleiko Sport Group AB, Sweden.
United States and Canada: Parcel shipments with FedEx from our warehouse in USA. Pallet shipments with CH Robinson. All orders are processed by Eleiko Sport Inc, USA. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes in the US.
International orders (outside EU, US and Canada): Parcel shipments with UPS from our warehouse in Sweden. Pallet shipments with Bring or Schenker. All orders are processed by Eleiko Group AB, Sweden.
Typically, your order will arrive in 3–13 days depending on availability, order size and country. After you have added your item(s) in the cart you will see an estimated shipping time. The shipping time begins when your item(s) have left our warehouse. Please allow for 2–3 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.
All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as Eleiko Group AB does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES
Shipping rates will be presented during the checkout process, depending on the items purchased and destination location. The default shipping setting for apparel and accessory orders is Ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available to customers at the point of checkout.
For equipment, shipping rates are based on the weight, volume of your products, and your location. During your checkout process, you will be presented with a shipping estimate. For more competitive shipping rates on larger orders, you can opt to work directly with our team.
Shipping time begins when your item(s) have left our warehouse. Please allow for 2-3 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has shipped. If tracking information is supplied from our shipping partner, you will be updated with that information as well.
Depending on your location and items ordered, we ship from either our warehouses in Halmstad, Sweden or Austin, Texas.
All orders are subject to your local sales tax and import duties. Import duties, state and local sales taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.
If you refuse an order and the package is returned to Eleiko, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the shipping costs incurred in such return as well as a handling fee of 30 EUR.
