When can I expect my order?

Your product will be shipped from Halmstad, Sweden. The shipping time begins when your item(s) leave our warehouse. Please allow for 3-5 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped. You will receive a shipping or dispatch confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse. 

What types of payment methods do you accept?  

We accept all Visa, Master Card and provide financing options through Klarna. 

Where can I find product information and manuals?

What do I do if I believe my product is faulty or has been damaged during shipping? 

If you have an issue or a product that has been damaged, please send an email to customerservice@eleiko.com detailing the issue, please include your order number and what course of action you are hoping for.
