This kit includes two loadable dumbbells, four collars, and a range of Vulcano change plates to give you flexibility in finding the right load for your varied training needs. It is a versatile, space-saving training tool; weight can be easily adapted to suit training needs and can be adjusted in smaller increments so lifters can progress more naturally.
